- 2009 YUPPIES SERVICES changes from a service provider into an engineering firm, incorporating their subsidiary AD ACTA PROJECTS.
- ICO3DN® is patented, a computerized system created through developments to the Yuppies Survey Automation system (YAC). ICO3DN® is capable of creating a reliable model of reality using cutting-edge laser scanning technology.
- 2008 YUPPIES SERVICES becomes a joint stock company, oriented towards offering increasingly integrated services
- 2005 Cad Services & Consulting is established, a company dedicated to real estate services, based in Bucharest (Romania).
- 2002 YUPPIES SERVICES, together with two other partners, establishes engineering firm AD ACTA PROJECTS.
- 2000-2002 The company expands and develops its surveying and Facility Management services, in particular for real estate in the public and private sector. New technology to assist in managing these activities and the quality of the results is designed. Using AutoCAD as a base, YUPPIES SERVICES creates YAC - Yuppies Survey Automation system -
- 1985-2000 YUPPIES SERVICES creates designs and carries out surveys using AutoCAD, resulting in the group gaining expertise in the use of this product. In the 1990s AutoCAD training courses are organized and the firm becomes an Autodesk® dealer. Once authorized to sell this product, they decide to establish the IT division.
- Over the years, service activities are diversified and expanded. During this period they become specialized in designing structures and infrastructure, and they begin carrying out surveys.
- 1985 YUPPIES SERVICES is founded in Modena on May 16 to provide project planning support services for studios, companies, and government entities.
