This allows us to operate freely in the energy efficiency and renewable energy market, working with the client from the phases of technical and economic feasibility analysis to executive design, obtaining authorizations and concessions, and searching for investors. This allows the end client to benefit from savings on utilities without shouldering the burden of the initial investment.

We provide consulting services to both the public and private sector on how to obtain government and/or EU financing. Each client is provided with an energy manager who becomes the exclusive contact for a business/entity's energy audit and to identify the strategic course of action to undertake in order to achieve efficiency goals.

We carry out specialized services on industrial and civil facilities, paying particular attention to surveys, analyses, the development of plans, and drafting technical documentation for bids and projects.

YUPPIES SERVICES makes its many years of technical consultancy and project development experience available in a variety of ways for the following fields:

1. Mechanical and fire extinguisher systems - we design air conditioning and climatisation systems
2. Electrical and electronic systems - we design electrical systems for buildings and civil and industrial infrastructure, particularly for public lighting systems and remotely controlled and managed systems
3. Systems to produce energy from renewable sources - we carry out feasibility analyses for the realization and construction of solar energy plants, solar-thermal cogeneration and hydroelectric plants. We carry out technical and economic feasibility analysis, planning, and paperwork for access to government incentives
4. Energy audits - We compile lists of CO2 emissions for individual buildings, company assets, and the local authorities, identifying measures to achieve greater energy efficiency and savings and assessing the economic advantages.
