In the construction industry, YUPPIES SERVICES provides consulting services to design and manage the evolution of complex projects, while keeping costs and schedules under control and optimizing project efficiency. At the same time we are able to provide specialized services in precise branches of the industry and in specific parts of processes.

For existing buildings, we have developed a specific expertise for structures of particular historical and artistic interest. We design projects for reuse, restoration, reinforcement, and strengthening. We are specialized in inspections into historical and cultural interest and in authorization procedures with government agencies.

We are capable of offering state of the art services in the field of architectural and plant engineering surveys. We have taken a step beyond the use of traditional tools, and by making use of laser scanning technology, we have developed ICO3DN^®, a system that allows us to interact with the objects being surveyed and to create modifiable three-dimensional models.

We develop engineering projects for all types of structures, including concrete, masonry, steel, and wood. Several of us are constantly involved in scientific research at the university level and use advanced surveying and calculation methods to study and analyze methods to improve and modify existing structures to improve resistance to seismic activity. In the field of urban and environmental planning, we work with the public sector to draft outlines, update maps (analysis of built fabric, existing components), and to conduct environmental studies and assessments on landfills, river hydraulics, quarries, irrigation areas, land reclamation, and hydrogeological disruptions. In this sector, YUPPIES SERVICES has been certified by the Prime Minister's Office to support the Civil Protection Agency in the construction of landfills in the Campania region.
