1) Project Assessment
In this first phase, we visit the site to determine the precise objectives and requirements of the customer as regards the introduction of the selected CAD technology.
A consultant visits the customer’s premises to define an Action Plan and a time frame for its implementation.
In detail, the capabilities of the team are evaluated to determine whether they need further training, especially as regards teamwork.
In this phase, we evaluate the multidisciplinary design activities (MEPS) related to the activity in question and define the method to be used in implementing them.
2) Optimisation
In this second phase, we optimise the templates to be used in implementing the project.
3) Authoring project documentation
In this phase we author the project documentation: once the information model has been determined in the previous phase, we are able to optimise the configuration of the drawings and Print Sets, in other words, optimise the drawings in groups optimised for output.
